Astrophotography

Astrophotography

I recently spent a VERY late night getting some cool astrophotography shots at MacArthur Lake, in Naples, Idaho.

What is Astrophotography?

Astrophotography involves using a camera to photograph objects in space. This can include anything from the moon and planets to distant stars, nebulae, and galaxies. Unlike regular photography, astrophotography often requires longer exposure times to capture the faint light of distant celestial objects. North Idaho is a fantastic place for astrophotography due to its clear, dark skies and low light pollution. Recently, I took some amazing astrophotography shots at MacArthur Lake in North Idaho. The area’s natural beauty and unobstructed views of the night sky provide the perfect conditions for capturing stunning images of the cosmos.
